Voicemail Anywhere Instructions

Retrieving your voicemail messages is as simple as dialing *97 from your VoIP phone line, pressing * after calling your VoIP phone number or calling one of several voicemail access numbers.

The voicemail system will guide you through logging in and listening to new or saved messages. A typical session would look like the following:

  • Dial: *97 (from your VoIP phone line)
  • Or dial: *98 (followed by your 10 digit phone number
  • Or dial: YOUR_PHONE_NUMBER (then once your voicemail message comes on, dial *)
  • Or dial one of the several Access Numbers, followed by your 10 digit phone number
"Please enter your password" (followed by the pound sign)

Dial: YOUR_VOICEMAIL_PASSWORD #

"You have one new message."

When a user has a new message, the system will automatically play it along with the date and time that the message was left.
  • Home / SOHO accounts can store up to 21 voicemail messages, and business accounts store up to 50 voicemail messages.  Once your voicemail box is full, no more messages can be stored.
  • Voicemail messages are stored for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.
